Role Overview:

As the Head of NDIS Services, you will step into a dynamic leadership role within our management team, leading the strategic direction and operational excellence of our disability care services. You will have the exciting opportunity to shape the future of NDIS Service delivery, ensuring that JewishCare remains a trusted provider of high-quality care to our NDIS community members.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in care services, including demonstrated success in managing teams and driving organisational growth.

Other criteria include.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Social Science, Allied Health or Disability.
  • A proven track record of strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight in a healthcare or disability care setting.
  • Detailed understanding of NDIS regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
  • An ability to lead change initiatives, promote innovation, and adapt to evolving industry trends and challenges.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with a variety of community and agency stakeholders to achieve strategic planning objectives.
  • Commitment to promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life for those we serve.
